Army Reserve Officers’ Training Corps is one of the best leadership courses in the country. At NC State, we grow students into officers in U.S. Army, Army Reserve or Army National Guard. Our program is part of the complete college experience – academic, athletic and social – enabling our cadets to pursue their academic major of choice. Cadets also have an opportunity to earn a minor in Military Science.

Beginning a Career.

In her/his senior year at NC State (or final year of their Master’s program) Cadet’s learn their career path in the Army. The career path that your Cadet receives is called her/his branch.
